Manager, Provider Relations

Requirements and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Provider Relations team for our managed healthcare service business.   The successful candidate will manage day-to-day provider relations activities and lead the team in the development and expansion of our healthcare service provider network.
The Job
  • Directs and implements strategies relating to the development and management of our provider network
  • Identify and recruit preferred healthcare services providers through Provider Profiling Analysis to create distinctive network advantage for the company
  • Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist the network contracting and development staff in prioritizing contracting needs
  • Identify and remediate operational short-falls and remediate claims
  • Negotiate contracting and re-contracting process with healthcare service providers within corporate guidelines and ensure that all services provided are delivered according to SLAs
  • Develop and maintain monthly statistical reports to facilitate benchmarking and performance management of network operations for management decision making
  • Manage and maintain system data relating to new codes, accounts, pricing etc
  • Gather and analyze claims paid data, utilization data and benefit design information to assist in the development of strategies for contracting and re-contracting
  • Perform provider and facility outreach to manage ongoing relationship, interface with corporate provider relations and network operations staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide feedback to providers regarding their performance under the terms of their contract, identify and address quality of care and service issues
  • Facilitate provider issue resolution through collaboration with internal departments
  • Identify needs for provider mailings/communications
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leadership/team lead role
  • Prior experience in Provider Relations/Provider Contracting role within a TPA/medical insurance environment
  • Possess industry knowledge related to managed healthcare services will be an added advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified will be highly regarded, however, not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional eye for details
  • Passionate about driving change to improve business outcomes.

Claims Manager

We have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and passionate people manager to lead our Claims team in our Managed Healthcare business.   The successful candidate will manage the operations of the department to deliver superior service and in meeting department KPIs.
The Job
  • Leading the team to provide accurate and efficient adjudication of claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance to meet operational and SLA targets
  • Conduct regular review of current claims processes and working with internal stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to improve efficiency and overall claims experience
  • Manage escalations and stakeholder relations
  • Being a champion for change as well as providing on-going training and development for effective claims management.

  • Assist with the reporting to senior management team
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of the claims process for medical claims, preferable in a Third Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare enviroment

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, GCE “O” or “A” level with experience in healthcare and/or medical insurance preferred
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Clinic Supervisor

Requirements and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

• Registration of patients and dispensing of medication
• To lead and supervise staff
• Trace and compile lab and clinical reports
• Assist doctors in simple procedures
• Ensure smooth operations of the clinic
• Oversee clinic finance, administrative functions and maintenance of clinic facilities
• In charge of medicine and supplies stock inventory
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE’A’/ ‘O’ level
• 5 years’ working experience in clinic preferably in a supervisory position
• Familiar with medical terminology and laboratory tests
• IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Excellent PR skills and telephone etiquette
• Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
