My Family Clinic’s Contribution to Customer-Centric Initiatives

    In recognition of My Family Clinic’s contribution to Customer-Centric Initiatives (CCI), Alliance was featured in The Straits Times on 26 September 2010. Beginning in December 2008, My Family Clinic has been implementing the CCI, designed to improve our patients’ experiences at My Family Clinic. Since, there has been marked improvement in all aspects of our service.
